Mapped. Modular. Built from real field authority.
Hello, my name is Ed Freeney, and let me tell you how the Ecosystem‑G came about.
I was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. I started hustling early, buying and selling autos and properties in my late teens with no financial support other than room and board. Every dollar mattered, every deal mattered, and every mistake taught me something real. That hustle helped me do something important: I helped my mother buy the home of her dreams at the age of 25. That moment shaped everything that came after.
Before insurance, before catastrophe work, before Ecosystem‑G, I was a personal trainer. My very first client was Richard Shivers. Richard did more than train with me — he believed in me. He helped me study for my exams, prepare for background checks, write resumes, and sharpen my discipline. For years, I viewed business and life through his eyes.
I also personally trained Rodney Webb, one of the top sales strategists in the country. Training Rodney meant seeing how he thinks, operates, and approaches business, pressure, and performance. Later, he trained me professionally — sharpening my communication and modular system design.
Rodney always told his clients he could not tell carriers what to pay for a loss. And that is exactly what I ended up doing.
I traveled the United States as a Senior Independent Field Adjuster with real authority — determining loss values, writing repair, mitigation, and remediation estimates, and directing carriers on proper payment. Real homes. Real families. Real pressure.
I spent years working and training with Richard Shivers from Catastrophe Care, learning catastrophe discipline, severe loss triage, and the workflows that only exist when everything is on the line.
From all of that experience — the hustle, the ownership, the training, and the field authority — I built Ecosystem-G, and the Ecosystem‑G: a mapped and modular insurance support system designed to reduce friction, increase accuracy, and accelerate settlement timelines.
And if it wasn’t for Paul Kinsey , Ed Freeney would have never left Syracuse, NY. That is where the Ecosystem‑G came from. RIP PK
